How to Book Your Session

Pick Your Preferred Date and Location: Use our easy online booking system to pick a date and time that works for you or or send us a message on Instagram or WhatsApp.
Secure your spot: To confirm your booking, we’ll require a non-refundable deposit of £50. This locks in your date and goes toward your total package.
Session Prep Begins! We’ll guide you through everything from outfit suggestions to what to expect on the day. We want you to feel fully prepared and confident before your session.

How Our Maternity Sessions Work
From the moment you book with US, our goal is to make you feel celebrated, beautiful, and completely at ease. Your maternity session is more than just a photo shoot, it’s a cherished experience that captures the magic of motherhood.
✨ Before the Session
We’ll start with a friendly consultation where we discuss your vision whether it’s elegant, earthy, glamorous, or soft and simple. We’ll talk location (studio or outdoor), styling preferences, and whether you’d like to include your partner or little ones. You’ll also choose from our growing selection of maternity gowns if you’re going for one of our deluxe or premium packages.
✨ On the Day
When you arrive, you’ll be welcomed into a warm and comfortable environment. We allow time for outfit changes, breaks, and gentle posing guidance to ensure you look and feel your absolute best. We’ll guide you through poses that flatter your bump and express your glow, strength, and joy.
✨ After the Session
Within a few days, you’ll receive a proof gallery to select your favorite images. We’ll then edit them to perfection and deliver your final gallery in a private online space beautifully curated and easy to download and share. If your package includes prints, we’ll help you select your favourites for framing or albums.
Every step is thoughtful, relaxed, and full of care because this season of life deserves to be remembered with beauty and love.
Booking & Payment Terms
To secure your booking with Donlarrie Captures, please note the following payment terms:
Deposit
A non-refundable deposit of £50 is required at the time of booking to secure your session date and time.
This deposit goes toward your total session fee.
Full Payment
The remaining balance must be paid in full at least 48 hours before your session.
If full payment is not received by then, your session may be rescheduled or cancelled.
📅 Rescheduling & Cancellations
We understand that life happens, if you need to reschedule, please let us know at least 72 hours in advance, and we’ll happily move your session to a new date.
Deposits are non-refundable, but can be transferred to a new session date if proper notice is given.
- PLEASE NOTE – It usually takes 7 working days before your images will be delivered, so make sure you book in advance before your special day.
Late Arrival Policy
Please arrive on time for your scheduled session.
If you are more than 15 minutes late, £15 late fee (added to final balance) OR your session time will be reduced accordingly
If you are 30 minutes late or more, your session may be cancelled and marked as a no-show, and your deposit will be forfeited. A new booking and deposit will be required to reschedule.

Do I need to pay a deposit?
Yes, a £50 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking. The balance is due 24–48 hours before the session.

How much does a session cost?

Do you provide outfits for maternity or family shoots?
Yes, we provide a selection of beautiful maternity gowns and styling accessories. Outfit rental is available as an add-on and is not included in the standard package price.
