These keepsakes are a beautiful way to bring your moments to life and make your memories last a lifetime in your hands, not just on your phone.
Booking & Payment
Full payment of £179 (or £149 early bird) is required to confirm your slot.
Payments are non-refundable but transferable if rescheduled at least 7 days in advance.
Once payment is received, your time slot and booking confirmation will be sent via email.
📅 Rescheduling & Cancellations
We understand that life happens, if you need to reschedule, please let us know at least 72 hours in advance, and we’ll happily move your session to a new date.
Deposits are non-refundable, but can be transferred to a new session date if proper notice is given.
- PLEASE NOTE –Sessions will start promptly at your booked time. No lateness
Arriving more than 15 minutes late may result in reduced shooting time or cancellation.
- It usually takes 5 working days before your images will be delivered

How do I book a session with Donlarrie Captures?
Booking is simple! Just send us a DM on Instagram @donlarriecaptures or fill out the contact form on our website. We’ll respond within 24 hours to confirm availability and guide you through choosing the best package for your needs.
Do I need to pay a deposit?
Yes, a £50 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking. The balance is due 24–48 hours before the session.
What will happen after I have booked a session?
A member of our team will reach out to discuss your preferences such as outfits, location …..
How much does a session cost?
We offer a range of packages to suit different needs and budgets. Check the service that you want and you’ll see the price details there or reach out to us and we’ll help you choose the right package when you enquire.
Do you provide outfits for maternity or family shoots?
Yes, we provide a selection of beautiful maternity gowns and styling accessories. Outfit rental is available as an add-on and is not included in the standard package price.

How long will it take to get my photos?

Do you shoot on location or just in the studio?

Do you offer hair, makeup, or styling?
We work with trusted artists in Leeds. Makeup and styling can be arranged as add-ons to your package, just let us know during booking.
