How to Book Your Session

Pick Your Preferred Date and Location: Use our easy online booking system to pick a date and time that works for you or or send us a message on Instagram or WhatsApp.

Secure your spot: To confirm your booking, we’ll require a non-refundable deposit of £150. This locks in your date and goes toward your total package.
Session Prep Begins! We’ll guide you through everything from outfit suggestions to what to expect on the day. We want you to feel fully prepared and confident before your session.

WE DO TRAVEL OUTSIDE OF LEEDS FOR EVENTS, IF YOU ARE NOT IN LEEDS A FEW EXTRA CHARGES FOR TRALLEVING WILL BE ADDED DEPENDING ON THE MILEAGE

Booking & Payment Terms

To secure your booking with Donlarrie Captures, please note the following payment terms:

Deposit

  • A non-refundable deposit of £150 is required at the time of booking to secure your session date and time.

  • This deposit goes toward your total session fee.

Full Payment

  • The remaining balance must be paid in full at least 72 hours before your session.

  • If full payment is not received by then, your session may be rescheduled or cancelled.

📅 Rescheduling & Cancellations

  • We understand that life happens, if you need to reschedule, please let us know at least 2 weeks in advance, and we’ll happily move your session to a new date.

  • Deposits are non-refundable, but can be transferred to a new session date if proper notice is given.

  • PLEASE NOTE – It usually takes 4 weeks before your images will be delivered, but you will get a few images to share within 5days

Yes, a £50 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking. The balance is due 24–48 hours before the session.

Yes, we provide a selection of beautiful maternity gowns and styling accessories. Outfit rental is available as an add-on and is not included in the standard package price.

We work with trusted artists in Leeds. Makeup and styling can be arranged as add-ons to your package, just let us know during booking.
