How do I book a session with Donlarrie Captures?
Booking is simple! Just send us a DM on Instagram @donlarriecaptures or fill out the contact form on our website. We’ll respond within 24 hours to confirm availability and guide you through choosing the best package for your needs.
Do I need to pay a deposit?
Yes, a £50 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking. The balance is due 24–48 hours before the session.
What will happen after I have booked a session?
A member of our team will reach out to discuss your preferences such as outfits, location …..
How much does a session cost?
We offer a range of packages to suit different needs and budgets. Check the service that you want and you’ll see the price details there or reach out to us and we’ll help you choose the right package when you enquire.
Do you provide outfits for maternity or family shoots?
Yes, we provide a selection of beautiful maternity gowns and styling accessories. Outfit rental is available as an add-on and is not included in the standard package price.
SESSION and PAYMENT POLICY
Late Arrival Policy
Please arrive on time for your scheduled session.
If you are more than 15 minutes late, £15 late fee (added to final balance) OR your session time will be reduced accordingly
If you are 30 minutes late or more, your session may be cancelled and marked as a no-show, and your deposit will be forfeited. A new booking and deposit will be required to reschedule.
💳 Payment Policy
A non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your session.
The remaining balance must be paid in full before the start of your session.
Final payment validates your booking, without it, the session will not proceed.
An invoice will be sent to you 24hours before your session, payments can be made securely via bank transfer.

How long will it take to get my photos?
We aim to delivered within 7–10 working days. Rush delivery can be arranged at extra charges.
Do you offer printed photos or albums?
Absolutely! We offer a range of print and album options to help you preserve your family memories in physical form. Details on available products and pricing can be discussed during your session.
Do you shoot on location or just in the studio?
Both! Our sessions can take place in:

Travel fees may apply depending on the location.
Do you offer hair, makeup, or styling?
We work with trusted artists in Leeds. Makeup and styling can be arranged as add-ons to your package, just let us know during booking.
